About Trevor
Trevor Salloum is a percussionist, author and teacher who has conducted workshops and performed internationally for over 25 years. Salloum studied music at Notre Dame University, York University, Escuela Nacional de Arte (Cuba) and the Banff Centre. He has studied with some of the great drum masters, including Jim Blackley (Jazz), Armando Peraza, Alex Acuña, Changuito, Enrique Pla, Roberto Vizcaiño, Cutumba, Los Muñequitos de Matanzas (Afro-Cuban), Mohammed Sadek and Michel Merhej Baklouk (Middle Eastern). His studies of percussion have taken him throughout North America, Brazil, Cuba and the Middle East.

Lessons
Trevor teaches group and private classes in Afro-Cuban, Brazilian and Middle Eastern percussion in Kelowna, BC. He has taught adults and children for over 25 years and conducted drum workshops in Canada, United States and Brazil.
